Tom:
We were very focused on the details. My wife
and I made a significant investment in time in designing
in the features and functionality we wanted. This
included all the major systems and finishes in our
home. This was the house we had waited many years
to build and we wanted it to be our dream home.
We found Joe Nastasi to be a terrific asset to our
project. What impressed us most was when we requested
Joe’s input, he would let us know what would
and would not work. We appreciated the fact he saved
us money when he could have taken our suggestions
and increased the costs unnecessarily. He made suggestions
that we had not thought of that improved the final
design beyond what we had envisioned”

Joe gave invaluable suggestions that improved
our concepts and steered us away from making unnecessary
changes and dollar investments that would not work. Joe
also has a terrific vision as to spaces and features
will work. His suggestions always improved the final
product. Joe was also very considerate of our
budget and did not suggest things that would have
driven costs higher”

“My biggest fear in building a new home was
having an inflexible builder. When we sat down with
the builder I braced myself for a battle I did not
have the time to fight. Joe was the refreshing opposite.
My wife and I are extremely detailed oriented and
spent considerable time designing in the features
we wanted in our home. Joe worked with us, guided
and coached us through options and different ways
of accomplishing our goal. He always kept our budget
in mind and never abused out trust. Joe was
extremely patient and added invaluable suggestions.”

“For years I dreamed of the perfect home. I
clipped pages from magazines and design books and
placed them into a folder for “when” we
built the perfect house. When it came to excitement
that was my middle name….my husband and I
had some pretty wild ideas and Joe Nastasi was wonderful
to work with in hammering out the smallest detail.
In my kitchen for instance I have a shoe bin…not
an ordinary one…but one underneath my back
stairs..so when the grandkids visit their shoes all
go there to be easily found at the end of the visit. Also
in my kitchen the kitchen center dropped off an extra
set of cabinet doors…Joe instead of sending
them back knew instinctively they way my mind worked
and he had the installation team hang them
at the end of the counter … the doors opened
up to a blank wall….I have since put in a
Blackboard and the kids use it to scribble their
hearts out with colored chalk when they visit!”
